Woodford Reserve Double Oaked Bourbon

The Double Oaked Woodford has extra flavours of spicy oak with vanilla and caramel notes over the standard, although wonderful, Woodford Reserve bourbon. Maturation in new charred white oak barrels and then, before bottling, heavily toasted, lightly charred finishing barrels give it quite a different flavour to normal. This innovative approach creates the extra special rich and colourful flavour.

Aroma: Rich notes of dark fruit, caramel, sharp honey, chocolate, marzipan and toasted oak. Taste: A full-bodied mix of vanilla, dark caramel, hazelnut, apple, fruit and spices. Finish: Long and creamy with lingering hints of honeyed apple.
