Passing the passion and tradition of viticulture and winemaking from grandfather to father to son, the Auchere family has cultivated its vineyards over several generations. The vineyards are situated on the hills that make the Sancerre wines' reputation: Mont Damnes - Chavignol, Les Chasseignes - Sancerre, Chene Marchand and Les Deserts – Bue.
The nose shows gooseberry, tropical fruits, a light floral tone, and a touch of grapefruit. The palate has some tart grapefruit and tropical fruit notes with a light dusting of minerals on the finish, a taste very typical of the region.
