This Scottish Blended Whiskey is exceptional for the uncommon proportion of malt Whiskey that goes into its composition (35%), and its preparation without cold filtration, in line with the old practices of Scottish Whisky production. From this comes a rich aromas of grilled cereals and notes of Sherry Wood, on the palate there is an unusual complexity, where fruity notes mix with a pleasant freshness. Not peated.
