Made exclusively from French barley, this spirit undergoes a meticulous process. It is double distilled in traditional pot stills and then matured for a maximum of four years in bourbon casks, including both first and second fills, as well as new American oak barrels. To impart a unique flavour profile, it is further refined in barrels previously housing maple syrup. This product retains its natural integrity as it is not subjected to chill filtration.
