Evade is a 100% French single malt whisky produced by Whiskies du Monde. This version is finished in red wine barrels. The single malts making up this blend are distilled twice in Charentais stills, then aged for between 3 and 5 years. They are then matured in Bordeaux Grand Cru red wine casks.
Fruity and round on the nose with ripe red fruits, baked peaches, apricot compote. The taste is silky and vinous with tannic notes, yellow peaches and tea leaves. The persistent finish is dry with fruity and tangy notes.
