Made in the picturesque Montagne de Reims region from barley harvested in Champagne and aged in 3 different Burgundy dry white wine barrels. Guillon 42 is distilled twice and aged for 4-5 years, this young and lightly peated blended malt shows a presence of ripe fruits on the nose and palate.
The Guillon Distillery is unique in the region of Reims and produces single malt whiskies. The Guillon family settled on la Montagne de Reims, and has evolved for more than four generations in the wine and spirit sector. Thierry Guillon began the Guillon Distillery in 1997.
