Apples and pears plus a hint of fresh green peas on the nose and palate. Green apple flavour with a balanced acidity. Good with lightly spiced foods, cheese, chicken and veal.
The Perrier family have been producing wines in the Savoie since 1853. Based in St André les Marches the latest generation of wine makers have gone from strenght to strength since the Savoie became an AOC in 1973, producing a wider range of wines using new varietals. They now have a production area of 59 Hectares and continue to expand due to the success of their wines and worldwide demand.
