Fresh and crisp with aromas of lime, green pepper and gooseberry. Tropical passionfruit on the palate with a lingering finish.
Grapes were handpicked very early in the morning allowing the fruit to retain flavour. Only the free-run juice was used and once allowed to settle, it was inoculated with selected yeast strains and fermented under controlled conditions as 12 degrees.
Snoek on the barbeque or a fresh goat's cheese and fig salad.
