Bold, spicy, and unapologetically American. Crafted in Columbia, Tennessee by Tennessee Distilling Ltd, this rye whiskey is made from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, then aged just over 2 years in new American oak barrels with a heavy Level-4 char.
Expect a rich copper colour and an aromatic nose full of warm baking spices, fennel, and coriander. On the palate, it's full of character – savoury notes of smoked meat, fried pickles, and olive tapenade give way to a lingering finish of vanilla, caramel, and spice.
