NO TIE-IN

We understand life changes, and so can your preferences. If you ever need to cancel, postpone, or pause your membership, just give us a month’s notice. We’ll pause your membership until you’re ready to resume.

DELIVERY & PICK-UP OPTIONS

Each month, we’ll notify you when your wine box is ready. Whether you prefer to pick up your selection in-store and have a chat about your new wines, or have them delivered straight to your home, we’ll ensure your experience is smooth and convenient.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Where possible all orders placed before 2.00pm are despatched on the same day of ordering subject to stock availability. All orders are despatched using a 2-4 day carrier service, however we can not guarantee a delivery day as there may be circumstances beyond our control.

Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be despatched on Monday. (Excludes bank holidays).

If you are not in to sign for your delivery the carrier will leave a notification with details for you to arrange to collect your parcel or to organise a re-delivery that is convenient to you.

Alcohol deliveries require a person aged over 18 to be present at the point of delivery and cannot be left outside a property.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Standard delivery for orders under £120 is £6.99.
Orders over £120 delivery is Free.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you order has been dispatched from our warehouse with DPD you can then track you order on track.dpd.co.uk tracking using your Tracking Number.
